Dispatch time for all pre-made products is between 3 - 5 days. Made-to-order and Custom products dispatch time varies depending on the project but is estimated to be between 5 - 10 days, more precise time frames will allocated to each specific project.

From dispatch, standard shipping includes 48 hr tracked delivery with Royal Mail. ( A tracking number will be provided via email )

Express Shipping

Dispatch time for all pre-made products is between 1 - 3 days. Made-to-order and Custom products dispatch time varies depending on the project but is estimated to be between 3 - 7 days, more precise time frames will allocated to each specific project.

From dispatch, standard shipping includes 24 hr tracked delivery with Royal Mail. ( A tracking number will be provided via email )

EUROPE

We are back to regular shipping to the EU!

Dispatch time for all pre-made products is between 3 - 5 days. Made-to-order and Custom products dispatch time varies depending on the project but is estimated to be between 5 - 10 days, more precise time frames will allocated to each specific project.

After processing orders will be dispatched tracked with Royal Mail and should arrive within 2 - 10 days.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive incase of delays due to customs processing or busy periods.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item. Postage is to be payed by customer (It is recommended that you ship returns tracked)

Custom orders are returnable depending on the complexity of the project. When placing a custom order you will be notified if your project meets the requirements to be accepted as a return. All custom orders can be sent back for re-evaluation if something needs to be altered.

Digital Products

Sewing Patterns

Once you order the PDF, it is sent to your email immediately with a download link to the pattern contents - ready to print at home or take to a copy shop using the provided files.

We suggest using Adobe Reader to open and print your pattern at the correct scale. It's free to download.

Returns

Please note that all of our patterns are digital products and delivered via email. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once the files are sent, they cannot be returned. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
